These are the 23 articles that are considered by critiques as rubbish – written in simple English with some grammar errors and spellings though these articles have generated too much traffics, views and earnings. I even considered them as my star pages!

I am not on the right side to argue with other writers who always love to criticize of other works. As a matter of facts – their negative feed-backs if considered by authors will help improve their writing capabilities. Of course, it is normal for anyone who received such feed-backs to react without realizing that in one way or those negative feed-backs would turn a stone into gold.

But on the other hand, those feed-backs can turn down authors to stop from writing and eventually will leave the site and will look forward to other paying sites. I might say that this is true especially if a writer is not yet an experienced to face those unfavorable greetings!

However, I cannot accept that it could be my valid reason to leave the site. I can turn those unfavorable feed-backs into useful tips for self-improvements because in my thought whoever writes at Triond has the same purpose as mine: to expand their world connections, world status, to inform people about new things and ideas and of course, to earn – whether you like it or not. What is love without money? You are writing not only for love but for money too!

Now here are the 23 articles that I considered as my star pages at Triond. I said they are my star pages because they generated so much traffics, views and earnings compared to my other 132 articles.

6) Osama Bin Laden: The Greatest Actor – this was published at Socyberty on May 14, 2011. To date, it generated 284 views and earnings of US$ 5.20. This article was plagiarized by three websites without my permission. And from this article, I received the badge as Quality (May 2011) Guaranteed.

7) April 29 is My Birthday – this was published at Socyberty on April 15, 2011. To date, it generated 77 views and earnings of US$ .11 cents.

Now I want to know – What exactly are the right criteria for a Quality Content Article?

Bear in mind that HIT is important on your profile. Hit reveals some important good qualities you posses. Hit is the abbreviation form for the following words that you must consider.

• Honesty – is all about truthfulness, candidness, admirable, fairness, adherence, decency, allegiance, rectitude, goodness and honor.
• Integrity – is all about purity, sincerity, modesty, coherence, constancy, credibility, liability, entirety, impartiality and values.
• Trustworthiness – is all about reliable, believable, veracious, up front, authentic, authoritative, certain, resolute, cogent and decent.

Your name must appear on your profile. Other people used aka, alias, nickname, allonym (which is a pen name that is borrowed) and pseudonym. It is legal and normal. But for me I would rather use my real name. Under your name, you can include a short motivational piece – it is about something that will hook a reader or a visitor to think about and follow it up by some significant keywords about you – like the sample I used here and if you can avoid do not use other’s photos to be included on your profile – use your own photos.

Write your bio as short and simple. Your biodata is regarding your education and work history. And they are needed when creating your awesome resume. However, on your personal profile – you don’t need to include all the information. Only include your last attended education and your present job including your status (male, female, married, single, children) and describe them in one paragraph or two. You can also include some great saying, inspiration and your passion though avoid wordiness.

Your world status and connections must appear on your profile. This includes some of your blog sites, those paying sites you are writing with, your other social networks and other e-groups you are connected with, and if you are running a business in the Internet include the link of your website. But avoid telling people to buy your products. Only show them the way going to those sites. Avoid referral links instead use your profile page links. Now look below my simple personal profile.

Seven years ago, the Saudization was intensified and there were many interesting incidents ensued such as picking up of employees, head-shaving and the hibernating of arrested workers in a closed quarters guarded by the authorities for a day or couple of weeks before sending them back home. Mostly of the expatriates and foreigners alike in Saudi Arabia believed that Saudization is a warning sign and time will come that the host country would no longer need the services of the expatriates.

The campaign of Saudization aims to saudize some jobs sectors including retails and sales jobs. And to support the Saudization, the Labor Ministry had launched a special training program for Saudi Nationals, to be trained and make them fit to work for the targeted different categories of business activities. The Saudi Government has prioritized Saudization, as a positive solution aiming to increase employment of Saudi Nationals across all sectors of the domestic economy, to reduce servility on foreign workers, and to get back and restore income that would have flowed overseas as remittances.

Earlier this June 2011 Google has already started indexing individual content creators on bloggers and YouTube. If Google intensified its plan indexing every individual content creators with the websites they appear on, I might say that mostly of the online writers and other contributors will be happy to be included.

Writers and other contributors of the websites are the individual content creators who worked together feeding contents for the sites. Now Google has started spotting, tracking and indexing acknowledgment of contents created by the individual content creators with the websites they appear on through listing the author’s link.

If Google stressed its plan, what I see both the websites and the individual content creators will enjoy the following benefits:

• An individual content creator will be given a place for his contents separately in search results.
• If the author’s page rank result is commendable, it can add potential points to the websites he is writing with as well as to his authorship.
• This plan will help highlight authors and rank search results and allows better ranking of good stuff.
• Effective to spot people that plagiarized other works and those websites who published works with out the author’s permission.
• And this plan will inspire and suggest authors to write articles with good quality contents for Google crawlers or spiders to come and bring more traffic and views.

Even the superstars of Hollywood could not surpass Osama bin Laden’s stardom and his undiminished popularity. He’s brilliant. His acting was super and has shaken the world. Now he’s believed a cold dead meat! How true is it?

My thought about Osama bin Laden are based mainly from what I read from newspapers and Internet, from what I saw from Television and YouTube videos, from what I heard from Radios and from people I meet everyday.

Obviously, the people behind the media are the people who popularized Osama bin Laden. This included the thousands of Journalists around the world, the Televisions hosts and newscasters, the Radio hosts and broadcasters, the Cameramen, the Bloggers and other Writers and the common people. And according to FBI -Osama bin Laden was one of the Ten most wanted fugitives of the world. His head was equivalents to 25 millions US dollars plus another 2 millions US dollars for those who can guide of Osama bin Laden whereabouts.

If there were terrorists attacks that killed hundreds and thousands of innocents people and destroyed buildings and other properties Osama bin Laden’s name was always connected to them – as the planner or the mastermind. Example for this was the September 11 tragedy. But Osama bin Laden had denied these accusations.

Osama bin Laden’s popularity began when he joined and supported mujahideen – the Muslim fighters fighting the Soviet Union in Afghanistan following the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in 1979, when he established in 1984 an organization named Maktab al-Khadamat known as (MAK), which was supported by the governments of Pakistan, United States and Saudi Arabia.
